1. What x0x1 Does
x0x1.xyz ("x0x1", "we", "the Service") is a Calldata-as-a-Service platform. We generate verified transaction calldata — the raw bytes your wallet needs to interact with DeFi smart contracts.
That is all we do. Specifically:
- We produce calldata based on your intent (e.g. "deposit 1000 USDC into Aave v3").
- We simulate transactions on forked chains before you sign anything.
- We show you exactly what every transaction will do — state diffs, balance changes, gas estimates.
2. What x0x1 Does NOT Do
- [NO CUSTODY] We never hold, custody, manage, or control your digital assets. Your keys, your wallet, your funds — at all times. We have zero access to your private keys or seed phrases.
- [NO EXECUTION] We do not sign or broadcast transactions. You review the calldata, you sign it on your own device, you broadcast it to the network. We are not a party to any on-chain transaction.
- [NO ADVICE] Nothing we produce constitutes financial, investment, trading, legal, tax, or regulatory advice. Our outputs are software-generated data — not recommendations. We do not endorse any protocol, token, strategy, or transaction.
- [NO BROKERAGE] We are not a broker, dealer, exchange, custodian, or financial intermediary. We are a software tool that produces structured data.
3. Your Responsibilities
By using x0x1, you acknowledge and accept:
- You are solely responsible for reviewing all calldata and simulation results before signing.
- You understand DeFi protocols carry inherent risks: smart contract bugs, liquidation, impermanent loss, oracle failures, governance attacks, and protocol exploits.
- You are responsible for safeguarding your private keys and hardware wallets.
- You will not use the Service for any activity that violates applicable laws in your jurisdiction.
- You confirm you are not a resident of, or accessing the Service from, any jurisdiction where use of this Service is prohibited.
- Blockchain transactions are irreversible. Once you sign and broadcast, neither we nor anyone else can reverse them.
4. Voluntary Continuation
x0x1 operates on a voluntary continuation model.
- No upfront payment required. You can use the Service without paying.
- Success-aligned fee. If strategies facilitated by our calldata generate returns for you, we offer a voluntary success fee. The amount and frequency are at your sole discretion.
- No enforcement. Payment is never mandatory. There is no debt, no invoice, no obligation. Non-payment does not constitute breach of these Terms.
- Continued access. Your access to the Service is not conditioned on payment. We may offer enhanced features to paying users, but core calldata generation remains available.
- Nature of payment. Voluntary payments are consideration for continued service access and development — not tips, donations, or charitable contributions. They are treated as service revenue for tax purposes.
We reserve the right to introduce paid tiers or modify the pricing model with 30 days notice.
5. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE", without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or non-infringement.
We specifically disclaim any warranty or representation that:
- Generated calldata will produce expected outcomes when executed on-chain.
- APY, yield, or return estimates are accurate, complete, or current. On-chain conditions change every block.
- Simulations on forked chains will perfectly predict mainnet execution.
- Third-party protocols, oracles, or smart contracts referenced in our outputs are secure or bug-free.
- The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, or error-free.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, x0x1, its operators, contributors, and affiliates shall not be liable for any:
- Loss of digital assets, tokens, or funds.
- Loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings.
- Liquidation events, failed transactions, or unfavorable execution.
- Smart contract vulnerabilities, exploits, or bugs in third-party protocols.
- Hardware wallet failures, signing errors, or key compromise.
- Incorrect, stale, or misleading data from third-party sources (oracles, APIs, indexers).
- Network congestion, chain reorganizations, or MEV extraction.
- Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages.
Our maximum aggregate liability for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the total amount you have voluntarily paid to x0x1 in the 12 months preceding the claim, or EUR 100, whichever is greater.
7. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless x0x1 and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service, your on-chain transactions, or your violation of these Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Portugal, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Lisbon, Portugal.
If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full force.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
